ISS 2019 is the largest international conference on seaweed and takes place every three years. MacroFuels was not only present with several oral presentations but also organised a mini-symposium (MS 02) where the state-of-the-art of seaweed-to-biofuels concepts were discussed. Speakers included Alexander Golberg (ISR), Joost Wouters (NL), Jay Liu (KOR) and Trine Sofie Bladt (DK).
